1.Before installation, it is necessary to check whether other components are intact and conduct corresponding pressure tests according to the specified design pressure to check the pressure and sealing performance of the pipe and shell sides.
2. Ensure that the media inside the storage can be discharged smoothly during use or shutdown.
3. Equip the pipeline system with corresponding media, and pay attention to installing closed ball valves on steam, hot water pipelines, and return water pipelines. When heating with steam, a condensate water extractor should be installed on the condensate water pipeline.
4.When using several coolers in combination, it is best to install them so that each unit can independently control the inlet and outlet of the medium.
5. When the medium is steam, the return pipe should be equipped with a drain valve, and the drainage capacity of the drain valve nameplate should exceed 3-4 times the condensate of the finned cooler.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use inlet and outlet pipelines as support brackets during installation. The support brackets should be on the side of the cooler side plate and have installation plates for scattered weighing.
