1. Before starting the machine, close the inlet valve of the condenser of the unit that does not require operation to prevent water leakage.
2. Open the inlet and outlet valves on the condenser of the unit to be operated (usually the outlet valve is normally open, and the inlet valve is opened and closed as needed. Both the condenser and evaporator are the same), start the corresponding cooling water pump, and adjust the inlet and outlet pressure of the condenser to reduce to about 68.6kPa (0.7kg/cm:) (the pressure drop should be based on the principle of overcoming pipeline resistance, and lower ones have better energy-saving effects).
3. If the pointer of the inlet and outlet water pressure gauge of the condenser swings too much, it indicates that there is air in the cooling water system. It is necessary to exhaust the air until the pressure gauge indicates normal before continuing with the next step of operation.
4. During operation, regardless of how many chillers are turned on, one cooling water pump is paired with one main unit (matching should be the same).
